§ 1 Scope
 The present terms and conditions apply to all Relationships between model car trade (hereinafter referred to as MAH) and their customers in the present, at the time of conclusion, as amended, insofar as it relates to business transactions that are processed electronically, refer.
 These terms and conditions apply exclusively, contrary or deviating from our terms and conditions of the customer can not be accepted unless the MAH has agreed to this in case writing.

§ 2 Contract
 The description of our range of products on the Internet is for the information of the customer. This is not an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of § 145 BGB. Contractual obligations, eg in terms of a delivery guarantee, do not arise for MAH.
 By the customer submits an order to MAH, he makes an offer to conclude a contract. MAH can accept this offer within two weeks by sending an order confirmation (by e-mail) or receive within that period the goods ordered. § 3 Right
 The customer can expected within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - when the matter is left before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs . § 5 Delivery of goods ordered

§ 6 Retention of title The goods supplied until full payment by the customer property of MAH.

§ 7 due date and payment of the purchase price

§ 8 Warranty and Liability MAH is responsible for defects that are present in the delivery of the goods during the warranty period. § 9 Data Protection All data of clients of MAH be kept confidential. The storage and processing of these data is solely in the extent permitted by the customer and in strict compliance with statutory provisions, such as the Federal Data Protection Act or the Information and Communication Service Act. The transfer of such data to third parties who are neither in a connection with this contract, or a member of the group of MAH are, is excluded. MAH is entitled to the personal information of customers for the purpose of credit checking and credit control as part of a data exchange to provide members of the group from MAH. MAH also be entitled to transfer personal information to SCHUFA.

§ 10 Final provisions
